HBH Letters Collection Vol. 1

Finally, we managed to put up the first installment of scans from the collection of Norwegian C64 & Amiga scener HBH (a.k.a. Sorry Morry, a.k.a. ZTH), who had kindly sent it to us back in 2023. Spanning from 1987 to 1989, this batch includes a couple of party invitations, an advert for the German “News” papermag, and a bunch of letters from all over the world. Highlights include a detailed latter from US-American C64 sysop John a.k.a. Mad Hatter of Purple Dragon BBS, in which he describes copy parties in the USA, as well as a swapletter from Switzerland written on the back of a flyer from a fishmonger which still exists and which the editor of this website walks by every day. :)

Mixed Bag of Parties, Feb. 2023

Enjoy the Sunday while browsing demoparty-related materials: flyers, wristbands, votekeys, posters etc. from over three decades! The oldest object is from 1992, the latest is just one day old (from Mountainbytes in Switzerland which took place this weekend). Contributions this time stem from Cthulhu, Dipswitch, JAL, and Moon.
